“What is the Will of God?”
“What is the Will of God?”
“What is the Will of God?”
Many times we ask ourselves, “How do we know if we are doing the will of God?”
We try to be kind and patient,
We try to be loving and compassionate,
We try to be civil to all people,
We donate whatever we can to charities,
We go to church and join different activities,
We work hard and try to please our supervisors and coworkers.
We do many things to be seen as “good people,” but do they really help us see the will of God? How do we know if we are doing what God has had planned for us? We can only know what God has had planned for us by studying the Word of God and seeking His guidance and spirit.
Being the people that God wants us to be;
Loving and accepting everyone regardless of ethnicity, race, gender, different lifestyles and beliefs, religion, social class or anyone else who is different from us. In doing so, we will walk in God’s image and be guided by His love. This is the will of God.

If God Loved the World…
“If God Loved the World”…
It is easy to see the love of God when things go our way-
A birth of a healthy, newborn baby,
Seeing a child succeed in school,
Spending good times with our children,
Becoming a grandparent,
Baking cookies for our grandchildren,
Getting a well-deserved job promotion,
Living a comfortable life or
To have family and friends who are always there for us.
What about when things do not go our way?-
Women who are infertile,
Families with special needs children,
Children who are defiant to their parents,
Parents who are abusive to their children,
An unexpected passing away of a loved one,
Working people who lose their jobs,
A failing economy,
Living an impoverished life,
Friends who spite you for no apparent reason or
To have families who are worse than enemies.
Then we have to ask ourselves, “If God loved the world, why does he allow so much ugliness and suffering in people’s lives?”
We, therefore, need to be reminded that God endured many, and yet, undeserved sufferings.
He suffered unspeakable, painful physical beatings,
His own followers openly rebuked and betrayed him.
In spite of all the tremendous hardships that Christians come across,
Nonetheless, He did not stop loving us.
Although, as followers of Christ, we are inevitably going to suffer for His name’s sake.
Hence, stand up for God and be strong in your faith;
Always remember that God gave His only begotten Son to die for our sins, so that we may have eternal life with Him in heaven.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.-John 3:16 (KJV)
